Pio’s Paella is a fresh take on a catering business that does on the spot cooking of traditional Catalan paella and various Spanish and Mediterranean dishes. All dishes are tried and tested over time, stemming from a combination of passed on recipes from owner’s maternal grandmother, experimentation and passion for food since childhood.
Owner and chef, inspired by her trips, desires to bring a taste of Europe in your own homes using locally grown produce and other authentic ingredients from Spain. Pio’s Paella is named after owner’s devotion to an Italian saint, Padre Pio and her passion for Spanish-inspired cuisine.
